Dear Tim’s Truck & Equipment Service customers,
During these difficult and uncertain times, we want to assure you we are here to continue to support you and your business.
We take our role in keeping your fleet maintained very seriously, and for that reason we are implementing several safety precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19, to insure we will continue to be open to serve you. Now, more than ever, it’s vital that we provide excellence in customer service so all essential businesses can continue to transport and receive the products that are needed.
In order to protect you and our employees, the following procedures and guidelines are in effect immediately:
SANITATION: We have instructed our employees to increase their efforts on disinfecting all surfaces within our office and shop areas. We will maintain adequate cleaning supplies to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: We ask that you call to inquire about parts or service rather than dropping by the office whenever possible. This will reduce exposure for both yourself and our employees.
PUBLIC AND EMPLOYEE HEALTH: To ensure our employees and customers remain safe please answer the following questions before coming to our facility.

We are an authorized dealer for several brands, but we are not limited to any one make of truck or equipment; our highly qualified technicians have had training in a multitude of areas. Our technicians continuously undergo training through International, Cummins and Atlas Polar and several of them are Navistar Diamond Certified. We also have mobile units to service our customers on the job site, in the field, and for emergency breakdowns.
Tim’s Truck & Equipment Service Inc. began in 1999 when, after a 13-year career as a technician with the Ministry of Transportation, Tim Craig started a mobile service working from the family minivan. Within two years, he saw enough demand to build a shop. The timing was perfect since Tim’s wife, Tracey, had recently graduated from the Business Administration Program at St. Lawrence College and could then manage the administration responsibilities of the business. As the demand for business increased, they began to grow, hiring additional staff and expanding their facility twice. Now, not only does Tim’s Truck and Equipment Service Inc. offer repair and rebuild services in 10 bays, we also offer full parts and customer service departments.
We are a proud supporter of the local community, sponsoring local minor hockey as well as the Napanee Raiders for many years. We also support our local schools, hospitals and numerous fundraising events. We provide hands-on learning opportunities to co-op students through the Limestone District School Board program.
